Tickets valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, except for the "esPeztador Day" ticket, which is only valid for the selected Thursday from 3:00 pm onwards (not valid on holidays).
Once tickets are purchased, no refunds or cancellations are accepted. Please ensure the accuracy and suitability of the entered information before processing the purchase.
"esPeztador Day" tickets are limited and only available through online sales.
Access to the aquarium is possible until 1 hour before closing time to allow for a visit. Once inside, you can stay as long as you wish (until the aquarium closes). Please check our opening hours before your visit.
Printing tickets is not necessary. You can access the tour with your mobile device or tablet. Simply approach your device to the entry turnstile's QR code reader from about 5 cm away, and it will read the QR code.
Age verification at the entrance: Age will be visually verified at the Aquarium's ticket office. In cases where there is reasonable doubt about the age, the customer (or the responsible adult) will be asked for age-verification documents (ID card or Family Book if applicable). If there is a difference between the applicable rate and the paid ticket rate, the customer will be charged the corresponding amount.
For all reduced rates, it is necessary to present the card or certificate that validates the entitlement.
